Bruce Bertrand, MD, FACHE Joins Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s Medical Team as Chief of Radiology
Ayer, MA – Bruce Bertrand, MD, FACHE, recently joined Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s (NVMC) medical staff as the hospital’s new Chief of Radiology. In this position, Dr. Bertrand will oversee the radiology department and radiology services for the hospital.

Dr. Bertrand joins Nashoba Valley Medical Center from our sister hospital Saint Anne’s Hospital in Fall River, Massachusetts. Prior to working at Saint Anne’s as a general and interventional radiologist, he served as the Chief Medical Officer, Vice President of Medical Affairs, and Chief of Radiology for Heywood Healthcare in Gardner. Dr. Bertrand earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Dr. Bertrand is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, American Medical Society and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
