Why is a good night sleep important?

Sleep can effect all aspects of our daily lives. A good night sleep can lower your risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, depression, diabetes, and obesity. Sleeping at night and still having a hard time during the day with excessive sleepiness, falling asleep at random, or just not feeling rested, a sleep study can help give you a diagnosis that can improve your overall life and health.

"Along with nutrition and exercise, sleep is one of the three pillars of a healthy lifestyle. Healthy sleep improves your health and quality of life in a variety of ways. Healthy sleep involves making the right choices to prioritize and protect sleep." - American Academy of Sleep Medicine
